Heidi Limareff is the Group Chief Executive of the Can:Do Group, comprised of South Australia’s two oldest disability service providers, Can:Do 4Kids and Deaf Can:Do. Working closely with staff and leadership to transform Can:Do’s culture, Heidi has successfully slashed the organisation’s attrition rate from 30 to 8 per cent.
Originally from Philadelphia in the US, Heidi’s qualification as an audiologist brought her to Australia in 2000. She learned people management on the job after being appointed to a role with Australian Hearing, after which she started a social enterprise audiology business for the Deaf Society whilst completing her MBA.
