Then there’s Nova Peris, OAM. After from winning Olympic gold, Nova went on to be a federal Senator – the first Indigenous female to enter the federal Senate. She’s now Principal Adviser at the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services, and will be sharing some ket lessons on leadership from her stellar career.

Finally there’s Ashley Winnett, Executive Director People, Performance & Culture at GM Holden, fanalist in the AHRI David Ulrich HR Leader Award 2017 and Winner of the LinkedIn Conscious Business Leadership Award 2016 – “Management Maestro” category.

Having helped Holden’s 14,000 employees to through immense change these last few years, Ashley will be sharing some important lessons for organisations, large and small, on how to stay focused on what’s important, even amid huge uncertainty and while the world changes in front of our eyes.
