Caroline Mulcahy is the General Manager – Transformation and Change at the National Heart Foundation. With a background in health and a Masters in Research Methods, Caroline has also led organisations like Carers Victoria and Melbourne IVF through substantial change.
Caroline is an energetic and results-driven leader, strategist and change agent who is inquisitive and driven by mindful curiosity. She has established new models of effective governance and has been instrumental in building robust and effective business models that also facilitate compassionate and sensitive treatment of staff and consumers.
