Making the “e-learning revolution” work in your organisation
Wondering how to get started on supporting your teams to build skills and meet compliance requirements by using e-learning solutions?
In this session, Catriona Atkins will share how LiveBetter Community Services managed the learning and compliance needs of a fast-growing rural NFP that grew from around 500 employees and volunteers to over 2,000 in just 2 years. Catriona will share how LiveBetter overcame barriers such as low digital literacy levels and the challenges of accessing learning in rural and remote areas on a shoe-string budget.
You’ll leave this session with tips for kicking off your own e-learning revolution, including:
• What supports people need before they engage in e-learning
• Tips for creating engaging online resources on a tight budget
• How to manage practical assessments from a distance
