Making the “e-learning revolution” work in your organisation

In this session, Catriona Atkins will share how LiveBetter Community Services managed the learning and compliance needs of a fast-growing rural NFP that grew from around 500 employees and volunteers to over 2,000 in just 2 years. Catriona will share how LiveBetter overcame barriers such as low digital literacy levels and the challenges of accessing learning in rural and remote areas on a shoe-string budget.

About Catriona

Catriona Atkins has worked in Vocational Education and Training for the past couple of decades and for various employers in the Not-For-Profit sector so knows how to get the most from a training budget and teams.

Catriona has worked with organisations transitioning from traditional training delivery to online delivery. She currently manages the Learning & Development team for LiveBetter Community Services. She has developed skills in e-learning design and recently worked with the developers of the new LiveBetter Learning Management System to create a system that supports their compliance requirements.
