WORKSHOP: Grit: how to build resilience in your team and workplace
Found to be a better predictor of success than IQ, good health or good looks, “grit” is what it takes to have the stamina to stick with your future, and the willingness to work hard to make that future a reality. Grit is living life like it’s a marathon, not a sprint.
In this highly experiential workshop participants will learn:
- The recipe for thriving – Derived from Professor Martin Seligman’s theory of wellbeing, it’s a roadmap for consistently feeling good and functioning effectively.
- How much grit is enough – Learn how to fall down seven times, and stand up eight by practicing a growth mindset and reaching for self-compassion so that we can accomplish the things that matter most to us.
