Resilient leadership: How to develop leaders who can thrive amid uncertainty and complexity
The NFP sector – like many others – faces increasing complexity at the same time as the need for services increases. To succeed, organisations need increasingly confident and resilient leaders.
Join Save the Children’s Dr Kathy Cranney as she shares her strategies for equipping leaders with the skills to lean into ambiguity and complexity with confidence and resilience – even on a shoestring budget!
Drawing on her experience at the organisation, you’ll hear about the challenges and key learnings that have led Kathy to successfully support and develop key talent – and how to apply them on a shoestring to your own organisation.
