With over 14 years experience in HR generalist and specialist leadership roles at global FMCG, finance and management consulting organisations, Katrina joined Very Special Kids in 2014 in the greenfield role of Human Resources & OHS Manager.
Sitting on the Executive Management Team, Katrina is responsible for strategic and operational HR along with health & wellbeing priorities for the 100+ workforce.
