Not-For-Profit People is an initiative of EthicalJobs.com.au – we’ve been around since 2009, and we advertise jobs and volunteer roles for more than 7,000 not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises and local, state and federal government bodies around Australia.
The Not-For-Profit People site exists to bring you the latest and best ideas, case studies, opinions and resources for leaders, managers and HR & volunteer-management professionals.
Each year, we also run the Not-For-Profit People Conference, the biggest event of its kind in Australia, to explore best practice in attracting, managing, training and retaining people in the NFP sector.
The last Not-For-Profit People Conference took place on 24th and 25th February 2020 at the Melbourne Convention Centre, with over 500 people in attendance. Though we’ve run a conference every year since 2013, the global COVID pandemic made us press pause on a 2021 Conference, and the ongoing lockdowns in Melbourne have caught us each time we’ve been brave enough to start planning for a new conference date.
