Not-For-Profit People is an initiative of EthicalJobs.com.au – we’ve been around since 2009, and we advertise jobs and volunteer roles for more than 10,000 not-for-profit organisations, social enterprises and local, state and federal government bodies around Australia.
The Not-For-Profit People site exists to bring you the latest and best ideas, case studies, opinions and resources for leaders, managers and HR & volunteer-management professionals in the Australian NFP sector.
In the past we have also run the Not-For-Profit People Conference, the biggest event of its kind in Australia, exploring best practice in attracting, managing, training and retaining people in the NFP sector. The last Not-For-Profit People Conference ran annually from 2013 to 2023, with the last one taking place on 24th and 25th February 2023 at the Melbourne Convention Centre, with over 500 people in attendance. The NFP People Conference is not currently running.
