If you need to cancel your registration:

Please confirm any cancellation or substitution in writing by the following dates:

  • We’re happy to offer full refunds up until Friday 26 August 2016.
  • Cancellations between 27 August and 28 October 2016 attract a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations between 29 October and 15 November 2016 are not refundable. Only substitutions will be possible.
  • Substitutions are possible at any time up until registration close – 15 November 2015.
