The 2023 Not-For-Profit People Conference

20 & 21 February

Melbourne Convention Centre

The Not-For-Profit People Conference is Australia’s largest event focused on how to attract, manage, train and retain the best people for the Not-For-Profit (NFP) sector.

Each year the conference brings together 500 not-for-profit sector leaders, managers, HR professionals and volunteer managers to share and debate the latest ideas and best practices around how to attract, manage, train and retain the very best people for the NFP sector.

After a three year hiatus, this hugely anticipated event is back it’s eighth year.

And we’re inviting your business to join us as a sponsor or exhibitor!

What conference partners said in 2020

“It was extremely valuable. We found it amazing. One of the best conferences we’ve ever been to and the fact it was in person played a big part in that for sure. We made a lot of contacts and the talks were fantastic.”

James Robinson, Talent Quarter (previously Sugarman)

Can I just commend you on the amazing job you did pulling off such a large conference with so many exhibitors. It was my first time running a stand and was a large investment for my business but I was blown away with all your help and answering all my questions. I had such great experience meeting everyone and all my extra effort paid off we have 93 leads to follow up on time will tell if their is return on investment but I’m so grateful for the experience to date.”

Kate Taylor, TaylorCare Recruitment
