About Carla & Jenny
Carla and Jenny are HR professionals with combined experience of 13 years, working across various industries including agribusiness, banking and financial services, IT, construction and most recently, community and health services.
They are currently Organisational Development and Learning Partner and People & Culture Business Parter (respectively) at Windana, a leading Melbourne-based drug and alcohol treatment organisation with over 140 staff.
Carla and Jenny both supported the transformation of the strategic People and Culture team and have witnessed the positive impacts across the organisation.
They are excited to share Windana’s story and insights, and guide others in the not-for-profit sector to kick off their own transformational HR journey.
