About Sophi

Sophi Bruce has 25 years experience in senior leadership and strategic management roles in Australia and the UK.

As Director at Adaptive Leadership Australia Sophi currently consults to a range of government, education and not-for-profit organisations where she leads a range of projects in leadership, learning, strategy and professional skills development. Sophi’s expert input into learning and development programs include a focus on management and leadership, collaboration, innovation and change, team dynamics and community leadership.

Sophi is an industry fellow with the Institute for Public Policy and Governance at University Technology Sydney following a decade of leading their leadership teaching, programs and initiatives. Prior to UTS, Sophi facilitated a range of leadership programs through The Leadership Centre and the National School of Government in the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Communications and certificates in coaching, facilitation and leadership frameworks.

Sophi facilitated across five years of Social Leadership Australia’s Sydney Leadership program and has a continuing senior faculty role with The School of Life Australia where she teaches emotional skills building to teams from across all sectors.
