On January 1 this year, new national anti-bullying laws came into force across Australia which potentially create new challenges for all not-for-profit organisations.

Do you understand the legislation? Has your organisation implemented policies to respond?

Not-For-Profit People is delighted to present two new networking breakfasts in Sydney (Thursday 15 May) and Brisbane (Wed 14 May) to explore the new anti-bullying laws and the implications for NFP’s.

Paul Lorraine from Harmers Workplace Lawyers will clearly explain how to manage the changes to the Fair Work Act and outline what you need to know about the new bulling laws, including:

• What is bullying?

• The Fair Work Act anti-bullying laws explained for NFPs

• Workplace health and safety duties

• Prevention is better than cure – strategies for managing bullying

• A systemic response

You are invited to  join us in Sydney or Brisbane for what are sure to be fascinating discussions, and a great chance to network with other HR professionals from the NFP sector. Just click the Register Now button below to book your tickets.
