The Not-For-Profit People Conference is back on, on 24-25 February, and we’re excited to announce that we have 15 scholarship tickets to give away to small, Australia-based not-for-profit organisations to attend, free of charge!
So if you work at a small not-for-profit and can’t afford to attend the 2020 Conference in Melbourne, you may be eligible for a scholarship to attend the two-day conference.
We’re inviting applications from any Australian not-for-profit organisation with fewer than 50 staff, with preference given to those located outside of Melbourne.
What will you get out of the conference?
You’ll be joining 500+ other NFP professionals – senior leaders, HR and volunteer management professionals, and team leaders – to hear advice and case studies on how to attract, manage, train and retain the best staff and volunteers for the NFP sector.
You’ll hear from those working in some of the most successful NFPs in the country, as well as experts and innovators from the private sector, government and academia.
And you’ll get to mingle, ask questions and share your experiences with colleagues from big and small NFP organisations around Australia.
The conference covers six core areas:
- Managing people well
- Leadership
- Recruitment
- Strengthening HR
- People and organisational strategy
- Health and wellbeing
Our first 12 speakers have been announced, with another 12 to be announced in coming weeks. See our speakers and find out more about attending the NFP People Conference here.
How do you apply?
If you work at any Australian not-for-profit organisation with fewer than 50 staff, click here and fill in the application form before 12 November 2020.
