About Lisa Griffiths
For more than 30 years, Lisa Griffiths has worked in executive and senior leadership roles in large, diverse and complex NGOs, as well as in the public sector and community-based organisations. Currently the CEO of OzChild, Lisa has overseen the organisation’s significant financial overhaul, interstate expansion and the successful introduction of evidence-based programs.
Lisa is currently a doctoral student in business leadership, pioneering an ethical leadership model for the community services sector. She is also a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the non-executive director of the Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare, and has authored several publications.
