About the session
How to constructively resolve conflict in your team by developing your “Conflict Intelligence”
Workplace conflict is unavoidable – but it can be uncomfortable and tricky to manage. But what if the answer to constructively resolving conflict in your team lies not in mitigating it, but embracing it instead?
Scott Dutton will share how to effectively connect with, manage and resolve conflict using the innovative Conflict Intelligence (CI) model. You’ll learn how to recognise the impact of conflict, gain greater insights into your and others’ relationships with conflict – and, ultimately, understand how to use the power of CI to shift into a conversation that fosters a collaborative and creative resolution.
